Cannot agree more,
Nowadays, especially after the covid lockdowns, it seems everyone is flowing into software development.
I welcome all of them but at the same time, I am suspicious.
I guess we will see in a few years how many of these newcomers will actually stick with it.

Thanks NicoI believe that the investment banking job that everyone sought out in the 1990s has transformed into software engineering.But after becoming familiar to the effort that was expected on the job, many people began to dislike it.I hope newcomers to stick with software engineering and make a better carreer.
